The Catuai variety used here underwent an anaerobic natural processing method, involving controlled fermentation before being sun-dried. This "funky" single-origin espresso is designed for demanding palates, delivering a juicy and exotic cup with complex notes of rum pralines and honey, balanced by a bright citrus acidity and a sophisticated cacao nib finish.
